Vegetables

Asparagus Casserole
You can make just a small amount  too, if your family is like mine and aren’t too fond of asparagus!

Baked Pineapple
I especially like to serve this with ham.  Also, you can make this the day before and refrigerate until ready to bake.  I think I’d wait and put the bread crumbs on prior to baking though.

Billy’s Baked Beans
Since this recipe takes such a little bit of ground beef, just save back some extra and freeze whenever you fry some hamburger up for another recipe.  That way it will be ready when you need it for this one.

Broccoli Casserole
The original recipe doesn’t call for curry powder, but I like that flavor with the broccoli.  My friend, Diane C. gave me that idea.

Cheddar Baked Potato Slices

Corn Pudding
This is the best corn pudding I’ve ever had, and so easy to make. And you can make it the day before and refrigerate until ready to bake.

Mashed Sweet Potatoes
You can make this the day before and refrigerate until ready to bake.

Vidalia Onion Casserole
Vidalia onions work best because they’re so sweet.
