Strawberry Pretzel Dessert Recipe
2 cups finely chopped pretzels
1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 cups pineapple juice
12 ounces cream cheese (1 1/2 8oz packages), softened
1 (9oz) contained cool whip
1 large package frozen strawberries, sliced
1 large package strawberry jello
Cream cheese and sugar. Beat till creamy. Set aside.
Mix chopped pretzels and butter.
Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Cool.
Spread cream cheese mixture over baked and cooled pretzel crust. Spread cool whip over cheese mixture.
Dissolve jello in hot pineapple juice. Add frozen strawberries. Stir when it begins to jell. Pour over rest.
