Snack Meatballs


Snack Meatballs

Ingredients:
1 (6oz) can evaporated milk
5 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 pound ground beef
2 cups ketchup
3/4 cups packed brown sugar


     


Preparation:
Combine milk, 2 teaspoons of the Worcestershire sauce, and soup mix. Blend well.
Let stand for 5 minutes.

Add beef and mix well. Mixture will be moist.
Shape into balls using 1 tablespoon for each.

Place on rack in broiler pan.
Broil 5-6 inches from heat for 10-12 minutes.
Don’t turn.

Combine remaining Worcestershire sauce and remaining ingredients in saucepan. Cook, stirring until heated through.
Add meatballs and serve.



Note:
These are the only meatballs I make. I make them every Christmas to have at my Christmas Eve party. They can be made ahead and frozen. Just thaw and reheat before serving.
