1 cup pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
Rinse 1 cup pumpkin seeds after you take them out of the pumpkin guts!!
Melt 2 tablespoons butter.
Add 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Stir seeds into melted butter and salt.
Place in a single layer on a microwave safe plate.
Microwave on high for 6-7 minutes or until crisp.
Stir three times during the 7 minutes.
