Pork Chop Casserole

Pork Chop Casserole


4-6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
6 pork chops
1/2-3/4 cup milk


Slice potatoes and place half in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cover with 1/2 can soup.
Add another layer of potatoes, salt, pepper, and rest of soup.

Brown pork chops and put over top of the potatoes.
Pour milk over all.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
