Never Fail Bread

Ingredients:
4 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 packages dry yeast
1/4 cup sugar


     


Preparation:
Dissolve yeast in the water.
Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
Add 2 cups flour, egg, margarine and salt.  Mix well.
Add remaining flour slowly.
Let the dough rise in a large bowl in a warm place for 1 1/2 hours or until doubled, cover.
After it is doubled, punch down and divide in 2 parts.
Put in bread pans and let rise again until doubled in size, about 1 hour.

Bake at 375 degrees for about 20-30 minutes or until done.
You could also bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.


Note:
You can make rolls out of this too. The good thing about this yeast bread is that you don't have to knead it.
