1 large can refried beans (with or w/o salsa)
1 jar taco sauce
(8 oz) sour cream
1 package taco seasoning
1-2 cups grated cheddar and Colby jack cheese
1 large can refried beans, (or refried beans with salsa)
1 jar taco sauce on top of beans
Mix sour cream (8oz) and 1 package taco seasoning.
Put on top of layer #1
Top that with 1-2 cups grated cheddar and Colby jack cheese
Microwave for 2 minutes to melt cheese.
Take thawed frozen fajitas meat and chop finely with knife or in blender.
Sprinkle meat over melted cheese.
Microwave again for 2-3 minutes until all the cheese melts.
Top with lettuce, peppers, hot peppers, green onion, sour cream etc...
Serve with tortilla chips
