3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 stick melted butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup white sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Combine sweet potatoes, white sugar, l stick melted butter and eggs.
Pour into greased casserole.
Mix the brown sugar, 1/3 cup melted butter, flour and pecans and pour over top of the potato mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
You can make this the day before and refrigerate until ready to bake. I usually leave the pecans off because John doesn’t like nuts.
