This tastes a lot better then it sounds.
I always cook my chicken some first. That way you don’t have to grill it for so long. Plus, it would be great in a George Foreman grill.
Chicken Breast Southwestern
I usually use lemon juice instead of lime juice. Plus, I only use a half slice of cheese on each breast instead of 2 slices. The hot pepper cheese is good instead of cheddar.

Chicken Casserole #2
Brenda N. makes this a lot and she sprinkles some grated cheddar cheese on top about the last 15 minutes of baking.
This recipe is pretty easy to make and tastes good too.
Sprinkle rows of cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, green onions and olives diagonally across center of casserole.
Nan’s Pork Chops
I remember Nan making this a lot when she first got married. Maybe it was her staple dish! My staple dish when John and I first married was a package of macaroni and cheese mix with a can of tuna and a can of peas added to it.

Upside Down Pizza
The original recipe didn’t have pepperoni in it, but we like it. Actually, you could add any pizza toppings you want prior to putting the mozzarella on.
