4 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin
3 packages flavored gelatin
4 cups boiling water
In a medium bowl, combine Knox, Jello, and boiling water.
Stir until all gelatin is dissolved.
Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan and chill until firm. Cut into one inch squares.
I've seen several different recipes for Knox Blox, but this one works the best for me and always firms up. I've used sugar free Jello before, and it works fine.
