1 package frozen chopped broccoli
1 small onion, chopped
2 cans cream of potato soup
3 cups milk
1/2-1 pound Velveeta cheese
Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Add onion, soup, milk and cheese (to taste).
Cook on warm until cheese melts, stirring occasionally.
Note: I got this from Cyndi D. She says it tastes better on the second day.
